Half an hour from Oslo, we welcome you to Rørvik Camping - a lush green oasis at Tyrifjord widths. The place is west facing and sunny and naturally sheltered from traffic noise - which among other things provides a relaxing silence and stunning scenery.
The sunset you can experience is a sight that gives great holiday memories. In these picturesque surroundings you can fish, swim or take excursions to great natural and historic sites nearby.

Storøya only minutes from us and instead provides diverse experiences as Tyrifjord Golf Club's 18-hole course and a nature reserve on a 35 acres. For history buffs, we can mention that in the Middle Ages, this was an important place for Hamar bishop.
Mørkgonga nature reserve
Mørkgonga nature reserve (1 564 acres, deciduous and coniferous forests in canyons and cliffs) was created 7. December 2001 and is in reality a significant crack in the lava plate covering Krokskogen and physically at the top of steep overhang between Gyrihaugen and Steinsfjorden in Åsa. It is a wonderful experience when you stand at the top and overlooking the historic Ringerike and Hole.
